Triratna is an international community of Buddhists providing a local space for people to meditate together and explore the teachings of Buddhism. Our classes offer introductory and more advanced meditation teaching, along with talks and discussion around Buddhist principles. Our community offers a friendly atmosphere in which to explore or deepen your practice, along with a strong sense of shared community.

Monday 7.30 – 9.30pm 
Meditation Drop-in at Effra Space, SW2 1PX

If you’re new come along to our Introduction to Meditation class, or join the regular’s class for a longer sit.

No previous experience necessary, suitable for newcomers.

Classes continue to run on Bank Holidays
Please arrive between 7.15-7.25pm for a prompt 7.30pm start.

Buddhism


Wednesday 
7.30 – 9.30pm Buddhism and Meditation at Yoga Point, SW2 1AP

Open to all with an interest in exploring aspects of Buddhism, including ritual. 

Suitable for those who are familiar with the two main meditation practices we teach.

Please arrive between 7.00-7.25pm, for a prompt 7.30pm start.

 

Courses


Courses run on Mondays at Yoga Point and are held over 4, 6 or 8 weeks.

Typical courses that we run are:

  • Mindfulness (8 week)
  • Meditation (4-6 week)
